Dick and Carol Dal Pino are both Placer County natives attending local schools and are graduates of California State University, Sacramento. Prior to founding Dal Pino Quality Pools, Dick was an investigator for the County of Placer and Carol was a Loomis elementary school teacher. In 1980 Dick retired from Placer County and founded Dal Pino Quality Pools. As the business grew Carol became the office administrator and Dick continued creating and building unique and complex water features.
“This life changing move gave us both the opportunity to be creative in our work and to provide a product that made our friends and customers happy. It also gave us the opportunity to spend a lot more time with our young daughter Alexa”.
Both Carol and Dick worked in their parent’s respective small family business’ where a great deal of emphasis was placed on the values of Honesty-Respect- Professionalism – Performance and Transparency, and that is how they have operated their family business since its inception in 1980.
As the years passed Alexa spent her summers working in the family business learning how pools are built and what the true meaning of “customer service” is all about.
Armed with degrees in Construction Management and Business from California State University, Chico Alexa Dal Pino is now working to provide the same design and construction excellence expected by our customers. Surrounded by a seasoned team of professionals, the Dal Pino tradition will continue for many years.
